Cost & Pricing

How much does corporate video production cost?
Top Pup Media produces corporate overview and brand video from $10,000 to $30,000, explainer and animated video from $5,000 to $20,000, and employee training video from $5,000 to $15,000. Every project begins with a transparent, itemized cost estimate before any work begins. See our full video production cost breakdown for detail by video type.
What is included in a video production quote?
A Top Pup Media quote includes scripting and creative development, pre-production planning and scheduling, shoot day production (crew, equipment, location management), post-production (editing, color grading, audio mix, motion graphics), standard revision rounds, and final delivery in your required formats. There are no hidden fees — the quote is the price.
What factors affect video production cost?
The main cost drivers for corporate video production are: finished video length, number of shoot days required, number of locations, whether animation or motion graphics are included, the scope of post-production, number of on-camera subjects to coordinate, and whether professional talent is required. Travel outside DFW is billed at cost.

Timeline & Process

How long does a corporate video project take?
Most projects take 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to final delivery: 1 to 2 weeks for pre-production (scripting, planning, scheduling), 1 to 2 days for production (filming), and 2 to 3 weeks for post-production (editing, graphics, audio, color, revisions, and delivery). Rush production is available for time-sensitive projects. See our full production process page.
Does Top Pup Media write the script?
Yes. Script development is included in every production. We begin with a discovery conversation to understand your goal, audience, key message, and distribution context. From that we develop either a full script or an interview question framework, depending on the format. You review and approve before any filming begins.
How many revision rounds are included?
Standard projects include two rounds of revisions after the first cut is delivered. Additional rounds are available at an hourly rate. Most projects reach final approval within the standard rounds because creative direction is aligned during pre-production — before a frame is shot.
What happens if I need the video faster than 4 to 6 weeks?
Rush production is available. The minimum realistic timeline for a simple corporate video is 2 to 3 weeks. Rush timelines involve priority scheduling, compressed revision windows, and typically a rush fee. Let us know your hard deadline at the first conversation and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.
